[dev.icinga.com #7923] Downtime incorrectly says "Starts in ..." #1216

Although the service is currently in downtime the Downtime Overview page displays "Starts in ...". When you reload the page, the time shown is the correct time the service spent in this downtime - although it is decreasing.
