In Nagios we used the host alias for additional informations. As far as i understant Icinga2 uses the attribute notes for that. Unfortunatly this attribute won't be displayed in the frontend. notes_url and notes_action work, but the string assigned to notes is not visible.

Platform: Ubuntu 14.04
