Hi,

here is the text carl already wrote:

This option controls the initial state of the "Sticky Acknowledgment:" checkbox when acknowledging a problem. Set this to 1 to force stickiness + by default and 0 to not. The default is 1 (ACKs are sticky). This may be overridden in the CGI dialogue.
