As a user, I want to configure how preferences are stored.

Acceptance criteria:

  • It is possible to choose between "INI files", "Database" and "Don't store preferences"
    • If the user selected database authentication in a previous step the default is "Database" otherwise "INI files"
  • Element structure and handling should be similar to the part of the general configuration and resource form regarding preference storage and database details
    • Default for the INI-file location is "{config}/preferences"
    • Defaults for the database details are those possibly given by the user in a previous step
  • All given details are validated when the user proceeds to the next step
    • Is the INI-file location writable?
    • Is a connection to the database possible?
