Assignee: mfrosch
Status: Resolved (closed on 2014-03-10 19:22:37 +00:00)
Target Version: 1.11
Last Update: 2014-03-10 19:22:37 +00:00 (in Redmine)

Icinga Version: 1.10.1
Icinga Web Version: 1.10.0
IDO Version: 1.10.1
OS Version: RHEL 6.4
DB Type: MySQL
DB Version: 5.1.69
Browser Version: Firefox 24.0

I have the following situation:

  • A custom Role (DBAs) created, added two hostgroup restrictions to this role (Hostgroups: rhel-servers, rhel-oracle-servers)
  • Added a new user to this role
  • Login with this user to icinga-web and opened a few of the default problem views ("All service problems", "all problems",...)

In all of this view I see some (not all) problems twice, as you can see on the attached screenshot.

The problematic Hosts/Services (the host "ORADBT2N3" in the screenshot) are in both hostgroups. When I remove the hostgroup "rhel-oracle-servers" from the restriction, everything works fine.
So I think it is related to Hosts in two or more hostgroup and when two or more of this hostgroups are used for the restriction.
