having the historical backend in place, this should be fetched the same way as livestatus provides (requires new table with data providers).

new in mk_livestatus 1.2.x and not used by thruk, just multisite itsself. evaluate if this mandatory for 100% compatibility. problem - it implements its very own availability algorithm which isn't documented that good.
