depending on #1883 the host/service templates should now use the following colums keeping the macro expanded values dumped by core/idomod to ido2db database.

• notes_expanded
• notes_url_expanded
• action_url_expanded
• icon_image_expanded

once changed Changelog should remark that Icinga Web 1.10 will require Icinga Core/IDOUtils 1.10 then, as these columns were added to the schema, not to harm the existing unexpanded columns (people may have their own parsers attached...).
