I have a few services they are staying in 'scheduled downtime' mode after the scheduled downtime window has lapsed.

My attached screen shot in the classic gui shows a service check as of today 7-18-2013 showing it is still in scheduled downtime mode from yesterday 7-17-2013.

• logs with downtime start/stop?
• possible debug logs for downtime events
• any restart/reload in between?
