External References showing action_url and notes_url does not extend macros.

As an example I have integrated pnp4nagios and ingraph as notes_url because of the classic interface, giving me the not extended makros in the url in icinga-web. In classic interface the url is /pnp4nagios/index.php/graph?host=localhost&srv=HOST and /ingraph/?host=localhost, in icinga-web /pnp4nagios/index.php/graph?host=$HOSTNAME$&srv=HOST and /ingraph/?host=$HOSTNAME$.

Of course I can use the cronks in icinga-web, but there are many morepossible use-cases for the urls, so this is hopefully fixed.

that's a general problem with -web not capable of transforming macros, as remarked in #1882
