currently, make fullinstall is the easy way to first install the things. right on, i'll be removing 'make install-config' from that part, as it does not allow easy upgrading.

so in the future it will be for quickstart

'make fullinstall
make install-config'

and for upgrading

'make fullinstall'

worth a mention that prior to 1.5.0 the config won't be overwritten anymore.
