seemingly, there is the wrong cmd file in there. it would be great if we can use the newly introduced configure subst for all of those eventhandlers, allowing to set the icinga.cmd manually.

so introducing all *.in files, and outputting them via configure/subst

furthermore, the Makefile.in needs entries for cleaning up the generated files, when running distclean.
