Hi,

using Icinga Web 2 2.3.4.

In Tactical Overview, a really big RED ALERT shows up for hosts with state "critical" - even when they're acknowledged and we're working on.
In our environment, that's very confusing. It would be great to have more flexibility at this point, to have the ability to configure this and to adapt it to own requirements.

Regards, Marianne

  • Tracker changed from Feature to Bug
  • Subject changed from Customizing Tactical Overview to Handled problems are too prominent on the tactical overview
  • Category set to Monitoring
  • Target Version set to Backlog

Hi,

thanks for your report. But this is rather a bug than something that should be configurable.

Surely, it should still be shown on the tactical overview, but not that prominent. We'll consider a fix for this in one of our future releases.

Best regards,
Johannes
