Hi,

I have defined a Hostgroup with 7 Servers in it.

These servers dosen't have any service checks.
There is only a "host-check" defined.

Now the group (in Hostgroup view) is always in the state "PENDING".
If I click on the group I can see 7 Servers in state "UP"

  • Subject changed from Hostgroup with Host without Services is always in state "Pending" to Host group view calculates states from service states; but states should be calculated from host states instead
  • Category changed from UI to Monitoring
  • Target Version set to 2.0.0-rc1

Hi,

I changed the description because the host group states are calculated from service states.

We'll fix this with 2.0.0-rc1.

Thanks for the report.

Cheers,
Eric
