The icon_image in the host and service detail views is not displayed yet.

Do not select icon_image columns in the service detail view

The columns host_icon_image and service_icon_image are not used in the service detail view.

Deduplicate code and fix layout

Move icon rendering code into a separate for better maintainabillity.

NB: We could try to provide a default icon set (device types, operating systems...), "flat" and as an icon font would of course be fantastic.
