Once there is an alert, the icon moves the text to the right. That's confusing if you're reading the list of services for a host in the detail pane for example.

I would expect a clear top down first letter first view, and only show alerts either afterwards, or inside the status indicator (might get too bloated). Or slightly move the text a bit to the right, so that the columns fit.
