In the search box in upper-right corner:
Searching for a host is case-insensitive. e.g., "iCinGA" finds a match.
Searching for a service is case-sensitive. e.g., "pRoC" does not find a match.
Searching for a host or service group is case-insensitive.
I think the preferred handling would be case-insensitive for all search box queries..
Users might not know the correct case, and it would be uncommon that there would be two matches that differ only by case.
