There's no file icinga.cfg_removed_1.9_to_1.10.cfg in the current master branch showing that the (deprecated) options

• log_external_commands_user and
• event_profiling_enabled

have been dropped now (Icinga 1.10).

I've added a patch that includes icinga.cfg_removed_1.9_to_1.10.cfg.

(It's not a bug, just a documentation completion, but I thought, "Bug" is the most suitable tracker.)

Document dropped options from icinga.cfg in Icinga 1.10

The option 'log_external_commands_user' in icinga.cfg was deprecated since Icinga version 1.7 (see issue #1619).
The option 'event_profiling_enabled' in icinga.cfg was deprecated since Icinga version 1.9 (see issue #4054).

Both options have been dropped in Icinga version 1.10. This patch documents the dropped options.
