With splitting "Data" to multiple categories in #4691 I noticed that the accordion layout is no longer "working", or better: fitting.

Todo: switch to a multi panel expand/collapse layout for the menu.

Change menu layout to a multi collapsable layout

And define some cronk categories to be collapsed by default.

See cronks*.xml and value "collapsed"
