Add an option to activate the current statetype column and duration column for open problems in Open Problems cronk, please.

Patched files with a sampe screenshot how the grid looks like are in attach (HARD are red, SOFT would be yellow)

A sample grid layout is attached, too.

I've updated all files and added a filter for the grid.
Additionally I've created a patch for the original icinga-open-problems-template.xml where you can enable a duration column or/and a state type column optionally.
