Reporting 1.8.0

• HostActivityReportInGivenTime / HostAvailabilityReportInGivenTime shows empty graphes.
• Same problem with service reports.
• The state NOK an OK are switched.

given that availability and reversed (n)ok was resolved with #3312 and #3331 i did some tests with the activity reports. my test hosts are pretty stable, only my services generate some randomness which looks pretty awesome in their reports.

so for me this works, and i will resolve the issue given my detailed tests.
