DEL_DOWNTIME_BY_HOST_NAME does not only delete the downtime for the given host, but also for all associated services.
you can even go into more detailed filters, providing more information.
for DEL_DOWNTIME_BY_HOSTGROUP_NAME there's even more fine grain filters:
if the filters are left out, the first matching entry (hostname, hostgroup) will delete all associated downtimes down below.
for DEL_DOWNTIME_BY_START_TIME_COMMENT it's NOT the comment_id but the string itsself!
