should be integrated into the same procedure as we have with idoutils.

  • a seperated script for creating the sys
  • oracle.sql should invoke the logging, table creation, etc
  • a defines file, allowing to set tablespaces, etc

i've ported thomas' script, and revamped it a bit like the idoutils create_oracle_sys.sql was, but leaving out the lob spaces, but also creating our very own table and index spaces.
