maybe we should give the user the possibility to trim the logentries table periodically. not to many tables, but it would make sense to just add that to ido2db.cfg (commented out) but when enabled, periodic cleanup will happen.

just like for acknowledgements table, if set.

add max_logentries_age and max_acknowledgements_age to ido2db

you can now set those two entries in ido2db.cfg to let ido2db
clean those tables periodically. By default they are not set.
