• nagioslike: fixed and flexible

**** fixed: from start to end

**** flexible: within start to end, triggertime+duration

• downtimes triggered by another downtime?
• new: recurring downtimes, requires special attribute (calendar?)

a quick test with classic ui and external commands shows - it works. though, the downtime comments are missing (like for acknowledgements). see #3894 for details.
