add initial debug output for idomod, rename some parts

* added idomod_log_debug_info to write debug output
* added same debug output credentials to idmod.cfg
as in ido2db.cfg
* added start, end output for function calls of idomod

* renamed ndomod.h to idomod.h
* fixed several naming issues
