like you hover with the mouse, get the tooltip, but you can't e.g. see who acknowledged the problem. so if there's an author, a column should be added :)

This is a good idea, but I wanted to show just enough important information without wasting to much space.

My thoughts have been:

• I want to know how old the comment is
• And I want to know what the matter is
• If I still want to know who has made the comment, then simple click the icon.

What are your thoughts on that.

for us, it is essential to know who did it. and since the tooltip was introduced, it is now heavily used. just mouse over and you know everything.

if you don't like it in the default view, pls make it a config option, so that others can use that too :)
