the service groups are shown in the database and in icinga IDO
the issue is present in the latest version v2.6.0-5 of IDO and version 2.4.0 of icinga web2

Thanks for the report. Please show us which queries you've executed and their respective output. Further please tell us which service groups are missing. A screenshot would help. Is your account affected by restrictions?

as you can see in the display i chose Overview/Servicegroups and i can see less then 25 groups in the IDO database there are 130 Servicegroups
that are not displayed but exist in icinga IDO

Hi,

I think this issue was related to IDO sync problems in Icinga 2 itself. This has been fixed in recent versions. If you still have issues, please open a new issue.
