Steps to reproduce:

  • Add user with type filter DowntimeStart, DowntimeEnd but not Problem
  • Put service in HARD NOT-OK, trigger Problem notification. User receives none.
  • Let the service recover in HARD OK. User receives recovery notification -> bug.
