To reproduce this bug select a Check in Icingaweb2. Now change the status of this check and execute "Check now".
On the left side (overview page) the check will refresh but on the right side (detailed status page) the status won't refresh automatically.
The page will refresh only after running an action like refresh or "Check now" again.

Hi,

I can't reproduce this on my end. Are you seeing any error messages in the javascript console log? (To access the console press F12 (Chrome/FF) while your browser is open and select the appropriate tab.)

Hi,

thanks for reporting back. Are you able to repeatedly reproduce this? If so, which requests is Icinga Web 2 firing the next 30 seconds after you've pushed "Check Now"?

Hi,

I can repeatedly reproduce this on all checks.
I used for this example the http Service from Host host01.
Icinga Web 2 fires this 4 Request in short intervals the next 30 seconds and beyond but the service Status won't change and time for the next check is running to the past (-4m 35s ...).

Blind guess: this happens because your focus remains on the "Check now" button (looks like a link). Does this also happen when you click "Check now" and then once again somewhere on a free white space next to the link?

The second click on a white space next to the link, check now or refresh button helps to update the status page.
