as of 1.3.0 icinga core/idoutils will put a new column into the icinga_hosts table - 'address6'

if this attribute is not set in the host definition, it will be set to the host_name by default (core internal).

so the decision on showing this somewhere would be

• if host_name!=host_address6 print host_address6

on the macro side of life, this is used as $HOSTADDRESS6$ - if showing/translating that somewhere (cfg)
