The documentation for Centos installation is out-of-date and pointing to wrong repositories and actions.

Doesn't the repository RPM already install the appropriate repository signing key?

It points to , but even in the new document it states to manually import the key.

Well, what I'm wondering is whether that's necessary. Does the repository RPM not install that key?

The patch does not apply cleanly:
