The values of the windows plugin check_perfmon differ between double and long when the value should be 8:

Format double:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ICINGA2\sbin>check_perfmon.exe -P "\MSExchangeIS Client(*)\RPC Average Latency" --fmt-countertype double
PERFMON OK "\MSExchangeIS Client()\RPC Average Latency" = 3.95253e-323 | perfmon=3.95253e-323;;;; "\MSExchangeIS Client()\RPC Average Latency"=3.95253e-323

Format long:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ICINGA2\sbin>check_perfmon.exe -P "\MSExchangeIS Client(*)\RPC Average Latency" --fmt-countertype long
PERFMON OK "\MSExchangeIS Client()\RPC Average Latency" = 8 | perfmon=8;;;; "\MSExchangeIS Client()\RPC Average Latency"=8

I could confirm this using the Processor Counter, using long and int64 it works as expected but using double it just prints 0.
Not using any fmt-counterype does work again, yet double should be the default.

I can't look into it more at the moment, but the --fmt-countertype option is one that needs a review of its usefulness (since it does not seem to do anything)
